The root cause of many of the physical, emotional and psychological symptoms we experience in life can be found in Family traumas. The effect of unresolved traumas can be “felt” in later generations. When solutions are approached without looking at generational family trauma, therapeutic interventions only scratch the surface.

During an individual session, your issues can be addressed using Family Constellations in a private setting. One-to-one sessions are flexible and are designed to suit your needs. Once you set up an appointment and prior to the schedule date, you are required to fill out a questionnaire about your family system and dynamics. During this private 60min session, we get to explore the unconscious dynamics that are causing discomfort or suffering in your life. Usually, one session is enough to shift such dynamics. Occasionally, one or two more appointments need to be set.
