There are 32 points of energy that run through and around your head. Each Bar or Point corresponds to an aspect of your life such as money, control, creativity, communication, body and sexuality, healing, hopes, and dreams. The energy in these areas can be become stagnant or blocked by our thoughts, ideas, beliefs, attitudes, and decisions, etc. By touching the Bars, a practitioner can open the flow of energy that is locked-up. Unblocking the flow of can bring about a tremendous amount change in our lives.

In a session the client lays down and the practitioner begins to clear away blocked energy by touching each Bar. Once the points are open and cleared, empowering statements are stated in order to replace old ideas, beliefs and decisions made that no longer beneficial for the client.
